Live the life of your dreams as much as you can

You have a life full of dreams that you have to live. How many of you just felt that those dreams will never come true? If you've ever thought so, make sure you're doing what others before have done and they just realized they were wrong. If you never dreamed you'll never make projects, you'll never aim a goal. If you have no goal, you can't move for an ambition. There'll never come happiness to you. The time given to you is a time to make sure that you have dreams for your life, and those dreams constitute the mission of your life. You got to arrange your dream and take off any kind of disorder you find inside of your dream system. Also very importantly, you need to choose well your thoughts.Choose wisely your thoughts. Not only good thought become things, but also bad thoughts do. When you build up your dream system, know which thoughts are you choosing to shape your aimings. Who are you networking with is also an other factor that influences the dreams of your life. There are fellows that you don't need to walk with anymore. You got to remove them from your network, or at least leave their network. They are people who always do things that are designed to make you upset. Things that affect your life, you health, your well-being. People who ruin your existence and take off your entire pleasure to live. Whoever you meet in your life has to have a positive contribution in your life. Otherwise, it'd be better for you to walk alone. Someone used to say: "Birds of a feather flock together". It's true. You cannot spend all your time walking with losers. The result is that you'll also end up a loser. Every single second that you breath means your life. The question is how do you use those hundreds of seconds that are given to you. Have you lost the agenda of your life? Many people never understand where they are now, what they are doing or becoming because they've lost the agenda of their life. Then they begin to do everything wrongfully. That's true, you can unconsciously be doing beautidfully wrong things. Ladies and gents, if you never keep in mind what the agenda of life stands for, you'll never come where you go. Always, consulting your agenda will provide you the benefic reason of pursuing the road of achieving the dreams of your life. It will help adjust your eyes and enhance your vision despite circumstances. The other factors that raises doubt in some people and prevent them from achieving their life's dreams, is fear. Someone said: "I've heard this voice. And it told the right way to go. But I was afraid". Fear is a very toxic thing. When you make goals in your life, fear is there telling you the negative thoughts. When you love someone, fear will tell you the negative on him/her. When you want to apply for a job, fear will tell you that you're not qualified for it. When you want to commit with a beautiful creature, fear will tell you that you're so ugly to approach him/her. Whatever fear you feel in front of a given situation(of all mentioned above), you'll be shocked to know that there only exist two kinds of fear. The fear of success and the one of failure. People fear to succeed. They think they're not worthy and only others deserve the best. You tell them, this is how it functions, all you need is to be there. And they say, you know these things are not for people like us. Without knowing whoever you are, ladies and gents, I know that you have unique potentials and abilities that you've even not started to explore. You got to believe in yourself and say it is possible. If you fail, don't get bitter. We all learn from our failures. You got to practice constantly to make improvement. If you review all of these factors, of course there could be more, but these are the most significant, it will be easier for you to effectively live the life that has been dedicated to you.

The good, The neutral and The fugly

Forget about these words in their original meaning. Now think of the client.
Which one would you like to encounter? I guess most marketers would
like to meet the first one, and even the second if there's no else possibilty.
But I have a different choise. I'd take the last one, the "fugly".
You may perhaps not find this word in most dictionnaries. But the word as I found it
in a certain webside, which I think is one of my favourite sites, means "fantastically
ugly".
The fugly client is someone who really wanna buy your product, but he needs to be
more convinced. You may do all you think, but if your message is not highly thought
in order to reach his expectations, then forget about it. You'll never get him.
The fugly client is the one who once you've caught him, he/she represents the larger percentage
of your portfolio. Once convinced, the fugly client won't leave your product even when shaked
by crazy events.
Conversely, the first two are those who pay and leave as soon as they've bought your product.

constat

Un jour vous rêvez d'une vie merveilleuse. Vous faites des plans pour l'avenir. Tout a l'air radieux et souriant. L'avenir est bien promettant. Sans doute vous n'entrerez pas la trentaine sans avoir réalisé vos projets.

Vous vous êtes accab...lé des principes et des lois, dont la plupart peut-être pas utiles.

Et du coup, l'orage!

Tout s'en va, tout n'est plus, sauf peut-être et bien sûr, dans la mémoire.

Où vous en êtes vous ne savez plus. Nulle part, partout, ailleurs...

Ce monde imprévu!!!

Cette vie inédite!!!

Ces valeurs étouffantes!!!

Que simplicité pleuve au prix du charme de l' l'envie, et d'avantage l'envie...

Nul ne saura combien c'est beau de vivre simple et léger...

Sans encombre, sans braquage aucun.

Le marketing, est-ce une science?

Tous ces jargons, termes, concepts, notions, mots propres au marketing que tous ceux qui sont versés dans ce domaine ont, et que mieux encore, tous emploient ces termes en désignant les mêmes idées ou les mêmes choses peu importe d'où ils viennent, quelle langue ils parlent. En effet, comment est-ce donc possible si ce n'est une convention dictée par la rationalité des faits?

La science en effet s'approuve lorsque deux ou plusieur individus allant chacun dans sa voix, expérimente la même réalité que d'autres ont eu à réaliser de leur côté.

La reponse est donc "oui", le marketing est réellement une science

Mais si c'est le cas, comment donc certaines entreprises réussissent mieux que les autres?
Comment donc expliquer la différence des tailles entre elles? Alors que toutes ont les mêmes outils, mêmes jargons, mêmes connaissances de base sur les principes de cette science qu'est le marketing?

Deux hommes utilisant le pinsceau et la peinture, tous de même genre, se différencient par l'art.
L'un est peut-être mieux artiste que l'autre. Sa touche sur le pinsceau, l'ajustement sur son oeuvre, la précision sur la quantité, et même le motif de couleur fait de lui mieux réalisateur que son concurrent. Ceci n'est pas différent de la réalité marketing, n'est-ce pas?
Peut-être que l'éveil de l'équipe marketing d'une firm est mieux que celle de sa concurrente la plus proche. Ou peut-être encore qu'une entreprise a un meilleur service client s'occupant mieux de leurs réclamations et assurant en même temps leur fidélisation, ce qui allonge peut-être son portefeuille client...
Le marketing serait donc de ce point de vue plus un art qu'une science? Car en réalité qu'est-ce qui compte le plus? Une stratégie mieux construite ou une meilleure vente assurée par une fidélisation remarquable?

Change management

How to deal with situation while things appear to change, even rapidly than expected?

Todays reality seems to be involved both for financial firms and political institutions.
Small companies are perhaps more worried in touch with these events. Without having
enormous abilities to face the situation as do large firms, small firms are going to be more concerned by the new way to manage change.

However, no company, nor a profitable one, unless it's the one knowing deeply the dark secret of the future, can count to thrive when change occures without being prepaired to deal with.

All entities must undestand that things are no longer the same as they used to be. They must know that no one is able to escape. They must accept to face by knowing their own skills and strenghts. They ought to use the right tools and using them in the best way to meet their goals. Otherwise, they will be sorry for all these years they wasted, all these funds spendt for nothing.

To avoid that such a situation evolves until it'll be late, their must carefully follows it, how things are, how they are going to be and what resolution to take.

Read the marketing newspapers, assess yourself every moment. You may do it in the morning, in the day time, and even in the night.
By doing so, you'll be better-warned and you'll be able to fight change whatever way...

Aspect tehcnico-politique de la décision

La décision se fonde sur une formation de plus en plus précise, mise à jour, mieux présentée grâce aux outils d' information. C'est une donnée que ne vous ne devez jamais oublier, l'accès à l'information et son traitement sont des facteurs essentiels du "MIEUX DECIDER". Mais la pratique de la décision exprime aussi la dimension politique qui regarde les rapports de pouvoir dans la société.

Quelle est la nature de pouvoir exercé dans l'entreprise? Le chef prend-il seul les décisions? S'inscrit-il dans la logique de déléguer? Les salariés ont-ils accès à l'information? Et de quelle manière?Le mécanisme de la prise de décision dans une entreprise prend en compte ces questions tout en épuisant pas le sujet. Elle reste cependant un thème complexe car elle demeure liée à la nature du décideur, à la rtucture, l'environement, aux cultures et comportements, etc.

Relativité et rationnalité de la décision

Ce sont des hommes et des femmes aux esprits, passions, histoire, formations et aptitudes différentes qui abordent les problèmes dans un esprit positif ou non, qui constituent de décideurs. Il est par conséquent important de tenir en compte ces facteurs personnels pour expliquer la prise de décision dans les entreprises car ce n'est pas le fait d'acteur désincarnés.
